Lifting the Front Foot 2

Lifting your front foot on your back swing (1) spells disaster for the rest of your swing. From lifting your head, to raising your torso and finally turning your front foot on the down swing and changing the direction of your target line. This is the second way you can resolve the situation.

3)  Drag Club Along the Ground

As you take your club away, make sure you drag the club along the ground.
This motion will force your hands to stay low on the take away, Also take any early
hinging out of the wrists. Always remember that Drag, Drag and Drag will result in
sweeping the ball instead of lifting or chopping at the ball.
