2012 Unlimited Lesson Form

The following details apply to lesson packages:

The first 50 paid students will be accepted

All lessons are 30 minutes in length.

1 lesson per day maximum.

Book your first 3 lessons at registration.

Lesson start times from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., 7 days a week.

Book lessons 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation notice of 24 hours required.

Lessons may be private, semi private, or group. Students choice

Cost of range balls extra.

All lessons will be at Major Park Driving range in St Thomas, ON.

The first 3 lesson dates and times are not guaranteed, however, every effort will be made to fulfil lesson request.
