This is the last part of the swing and the one that almost all golfers struggle with. This drill will give you the feeling of a complete follow through and balance through the swing. The drill starts with you taking your golf grip on the shaft of the club at the end of the grip (1) and take your regular stance then put the end of the club in your navel (never let the club come away from the navel during this drill)and keep the club parallel to the ground (2). Swing the club back again keeping the club parallel to the ground (3) and swing the club around finishing with your shoulders, hips and head pointing at the target. Notice in picture (4) the position of the back foot, see that it is on the toe which allows your body to turn towards the target and will also increase club head speed.
